"That place and it's employees is the WORSE experience I've ever had with any insurance company. They raise your insurance on a whim and raise it significantly. The agents could never answer a question - everything had to go to the underwriter and your problems are never resolved! I see that others had a good experience but I'm here to say if you want a good insurance company, stay far away from this place!!!!! They are horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!! What other customers experiences were has nothing to do with my experience. It is wonderful that their experience differs from mine; however, let's not negate mine because their's was good. I never had another auto policy that my monthly payment was increased significantly prior to the expiration of the policy until StateFarm (with no points, suspension....on my license). When I questioned the increase i was told it's NYC and other nonsense that had nothing to do with me. You all don't return phone calls and the agents never know what is happening - they always gotta wait for the underwriter. My experience was horrible!!!!!!!!"
